Combining maple with Pearl's Kapur composite, Competitor series shells are made lightweight so they don't wear you out on long marches. They also provide rich tones with a responsive feel.
The Competitor marching bass drum has 6 air vents that are placed strategically inside for awesome low frequency projection. Also has 6-ply Maple hoops with triple-reinforced claws for rock-solid mounting.
